10th Board FAQ criterion released
Hello Dear 10th standard..
Although you have not attempted the 10th board examination but you will be certainly certified with the result of Class 10th on the basis of internal examination.
The Cbse has released a charter of the faq(frequently asked questions)
Since the teachers, as well as the CBSE-affiliated schools, continued raising their concerns over the new moderation policy of assessing marks to the students CBSE has finally taken the step of clarifying the new marking
Scheme
CBSE conducted a series of webinars for the teachers and Principals of the affiliated schools and addressed the issues with a Frequently Asked Questions document.
The following were cleared by CBSE
- All the CBSE schools can take the reference of the year 2020 for Maths Basic, even if the reference year of 2019 or 2018 has been selected for the school.
- The overall marks of the students will be calculated for a total of 100 marks.
- Earlier(before 2020)20 marks were from internal assessment and 80 marks for year-end board examination.
- Now The 80 marks will be calculated on the basis of the marks scored by students in the unit test/ periodic test/half-yearly exams/pre-board exams.
- The overall result should match the result of the reference year, which is selected by the Board.
- Schools will have to upload the marks of internal assessment by 11th June 2021.
